Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out at 9:00am

Daily rates available September through June

Off-Season starting at $95 per night Call for specific rates for each cabin.

During June, July and August cottages are rented by the week - Saturday to Saturday.
The rest of the year nightly, weekly, and monthly lodging is available (2 night minimum)

RESERVATIONS:

A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and not subject to credit card charge-back.
We will refund your deposit if we can rebook your reservation.
Snowmobilers and skiers: we will refund your deposit of the trails are not usable (our judgment).
If you are sending a check a credit card is required to hold your reservation. If the check does not arrive within
seven days, your deposit will be charged to your credit card. A current credit card is required at check-in.
Any unpaid balance, damage to cabins, property or rental equipment will be charged to your credit card.
When you make a reservation at Three G's Resort you are agreeing to this policy.

DEPOSITS: Minimum $200.00 Three Bedroom 300.00 Four Bedroom 400.00

BOATS & MOTORS:
All cabins include a 14 foot aluminum boat free with cabin rental.
Motors are available @ $130/week or $30/day (plus fuel).
Extra aluminum boats @ $100/week or $25/day.

PONTOON BOAT:
21 foot @ $595/week or $125/day (plus fuel).

NOTE: Fireworks are illegal in Oneida County and are NOT permitted at the Resort.
